  • Appointment 1: Detailed medical consultation and examination, initial bioimpedance analysis (BIA) to determine body composition, creation and delivery of the active individual spa plan (e.g. with Kneipp therapy, heliotherapy, terrain cures, etc.), placement of ear acupuncture: permanent needles for weight loss or regeneration and detox ear acupuncture, 
    Nutrition guidance and advice
