- All prices per room and night in euros, excluding visitor's tax. The price includes the currently applicable VAT, breakfast from the Vital buffet, use of the swimming pool and fitness area with cardio equipment and free WiFi during your stay.
- The tourist tax is charged all year round at €3,70 per person (from 15 years)/day. Children aged 6-14 pay €1,45 per person/day. The tourist tax includes the use of public transport in the Warnow transport network (except Molli and Warnow ferries).
- Our arrangements and minimum stays apply on public holidays. Prices for single overnight stays on request.
- We have a disabled-friendly room and, subject to availability, special dog rooms ready for you.

Cancellation policy
Overnight stays/arrangement bookings:
- up to 2 days before arrival = free of charge
- up to 1 day before arrival = 50% of the agreed overnight stay or package price
- on the day of arrival = 80% of the agreed overnight stay or package price
All stays of 5 nights or more are subject to separate cancellation conditions. These vary depending on the season and can be found in the respective contract or booking confirmation.
Wellness treatments:
- less than 24 hours before the appointment = 70% of the treatment price

Anyone who loves the Baltic Sea, likes to actively explore the sights, enjoys the healthy climate and still appreciates moments of peace and quiet will quickly become a regular guest in our hotel in Warnemünde.
You will become a regular guest when you stay in our hotel for the 5th time and spend at least three nights with us on your 5th stay. As a regular guest you will then receive a 5% discount on your direct booking for stays of 3 nights or more, i.e.This also applies to our offers.
Exceptions are: “HeimatGenuss”, “Golf on the Baltic Sea” and “New Year’s Eve” as well as the Period of the Hanse Sail in Rostock
For offers with only 2 nights, the regular guest bonus can only be granted if an additional night is booked.
