Specialist in gastronomy with a focus on restaurant service

As part of their training, the trainee specialists for gastronomy with a focus on restaurant service learn all the basics of gastronomy basics. You are the face and voice of our house to our guests. They play a key role in shaping the guest experience, are both friendly and knowledgeable advisors, salespeople and caretakers.

Understanding the connections between the kitchen and restaurant departments is crucial for a smooth guest stay. For this purpose, we give you an insight into the processes and basics of professional kitchens as well as the preparation of food and its use in upscale gastronomy. In the guest area, you will learn everything you need to know about caring for guest rooms and designing them for events and seasons. In addition to serving and arranging/serving food and drinks, sales promotion and cash register and payment systems are important parts of the training.
