Specialist for restaurants and event catering

As part of their training, the trainees as specialists for restaurants and event catering learn all the basics of gastronomy basics. They are the face and the voice of our house towards our guests and have their well-being in mind. You will learn the role of host in the restaurant, at the bar and at the most diverse types of events in our house. Whether Ă¡ la carte, buffet or banquet, coffee or cocktail specialty - with us you will be trained by professionals to become professionals.

Understanding the relationships between the departments in order to organize the service processes perfectly is crucial for a smooth guest stay. In the guest area, you will learn everything you need to know about caring for guest rooms and designing them for events and seasons. In addition to the classic serving and arranging/serving of food and drinks of all kinds, both sales promotion and handling our cash register and payment system are important parts of the training.

New since 2022, not only has the name changed, previously restaurant specialist, the focus is now more on the areas of conception, organization and implementation of events. Knowledge in the field of "bar and wine" can also be imparted with us as an additional training-specific qualification.
